Terms And Condition

1. Purpose of Upload & Scope of Usage

The primary intent of uploading videos to the StemTube section is to:

Highlight original STEM projects, student innovations, and school-led activities. Encourage a culture of hands-on learning and innovation across Indian schools. Provide national visibility and build a collaborative education ecosystem.

Videos uploaded may be featured or shared across:

  • The ATALUP Mobile App
  • ATALUP’s official YouTube channel
  • Social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • ATLUP’s official website and affiliated or partner websites
  • Newsletters, brochures, CSR reports, grant presentations, and public events

Originality Clause: By uploading, you confirm that the video is original and created by the student(s), teacher(s), or school uploading the content. If the content includes third-party material (music, footage, etc.), you are solely responsible for obtaining proper licenses or permissions. Stemious Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any copyright claims or disputes arising from such content.

2. Copyright Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of your original video content. However, by uploading it to the ATALUP app (a platform provided free of charge), you grant Stemious Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to:

Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and perform the content in any media format. Utilize the content for educational, promotional, advocacy, and commercial purposes across digital and offline channels.

This license covers use on:

  • ATALUP’s YouTube channel
  • ATLUP’s social media platforms
  • ATLUP-supported campaigns, CSR showcases, and grant documentation
  • ATLUP’s official publications and learning tools

No compensation or royalties will be owed to the uploader for any such use, and you acknowledge this as a condition of using the platform.

3. Educational and Promotional Use

Uploaded videos may be used for:

  • Educating other schools and students
  • Featuring ATL innovations in webinars, training sessions, or events
  • Demonstrating the impact of ATALUP on STEM learning
  • Engaging audiences in government or CSR-led STEM education campaigns
  • Showcasing ATL Lab success stories in official ATLUP communications

4. Monetization and Revenue Disclaimer

Although ATALUP’s YouTube and other platforms are currently non-monetized, Stemious Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to monetize video content in the future. This may include:

  • Revenue from YouTube ads
  • Paid promotions and brand collaborations
  • Donor engagement content
  • Sponsored educational campaigns

By uploading your content, you irrevocably waive all rights to claim revenue share, royalties, or compensation related to any present or future monetization. You agree that your contribution is voluntary, and the platform’s free access justifies this waiver.

5. Privacy, Tagging, and Child Safety

ATALUP follows Indian child data protection laws and digital platform safety norms.

  • Only student names (first name or full name) may be shown for credit or recognition.
  • No personal contact information (phone numbers, emails, or social media profiles) will be published or shared.
  • Schools or ATL In-Charges may be tagged for visibility. Students will not be tagged on personal accounts.
  • All videos must be filmed in a safe and supervised environment. Any unsafe, unethical, or inappropriate content will be removed immediately without prior notice.

6. Content Review & Selection

Video uploads do not guarantee publication. Selection will be made based on:

  • Relevance to STEM and ATL learning
  • Creativity and originality
  • Technical quality
  • Compliance with ATLUP guidelines and safety norms

The ATALUP content team’s decision is final and not subject to dispute.

7. Platform Integrity & User Conduct

The uploader agrees not to:

  • Upload plagiarized or misleading content
  • Impersonate others or submit false information
  • Misuse the platform for irrelevant or unauthorized purposes

Violations may lead to:

  • Video rejection or deletion
  • Temporary or permanent ban from StemTube or ATALUP

Minimum Age & Supervision Policy

Students under 13 years of age are not allowed to upload content independently. Such uploads must be done by a parent, guardian, teacher, or ATL In-Charge using a verified school account. This ensures compliance with national and international child protection standards.

Content Removal and Withdrawal Requests

You may request removal of your video by emailing support@atalup.com with relevant details (name, school, video title, upload date). Upon verification, the video will be removed from ATALUP-managed platforms within 7 working days.

However, videos that have already been:

  • Embedded in third-party websites
  • Downloaded by users
  • Printed in reports or showcased in webinars

may not be fully retractable. ATALUP is not liable for such redistribution once content has been publicly published.

10. Legal Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • The Copyright Act, 1957
  • The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
  • Applicable guidelines around digital content and child protection

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.

Acknowledgment

By uploading a video, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The video is original and appropriate.
  • You waive all future claims for compensation.
  • You grant ATALUP and its parent company full rights to use the video for educational, promotional, and outreach purposes.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not upload content to the StemTube section.
